Animal Rescue Coalition (ARC) is an organization in Sarasota, Florida dedicated to providing affordable and accessible spay and neuter services. They aim to reduce the local shelter population to end the killing of adoptable dogs and cats through their services and programs.
We led character exercises to explore their personality, aesthetic exercises to expand their branding, and audience exercises to help guide their different audience members through their journeys on the website.
Through many conversations and exercises, we identified Webflow as the ideal website platform for ARC.
We built out a sitemap, outlining the pages needed for the website. This gave us a clear idea of the website’s information architecture and explained the relationships between the various pages and content elements.
In addition to designing and building out the pages of the website, we smoothly integrated their existing donation tool and booking software.
After being unable to update their existing website, and needing a more clear and navigable structure, they reached out to Purpose Craft for our partnership. They wanted to move to a new website platform that would be easy to update and adjust as their organization continues to grow.
In addition to needing a refreshed website that could be updated easily by staff, they wanted to upgrade some of their functionality allowing patient families to book an appointment with ease on any page, make donations simple, and share stories of impact.
